• Via Verde toll device: 20€

• Optional transfer between Lisbon Airport and the motorhome pick-up/return location: 50€

• Bed linen (up to 4 people): 40€

• Bath towels (up to 4 people): 30€

• Beach towels (4 available): 25€

• Child car seats (2 available): 50€ per seat (Subject to availability. Child’s age and weight must be provided when booking.)

• Adult bicycles (2 available): 40€ for both bicycles for the entire rental period

• Children's bicycle with training wheels (approx. 5 years old): 30€

• Child bicycle seat (up to 22 kg): 25€

🌍 Terms of Use and Return Conditions

• Travel abroad is permitted without prior authorisation

• Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited

• Pets are not allowed

• The motorhome is delivered with the fresh water tank full, the grey water tank empty and the toilet cassette clean and empty.

• At check-out, the vehicle must be returned in the same condition.

• In the event of non-compliance, the following charges may apply:

• Toilet cassette not emptied: 50€

• Grey water tank not emptied: 15€

• Fresh water tank returned empty: 5€

• These items are always checked during check-out and the corresponding amounts may be deducted from the security deposit where applicable.

📝 Personalised Check-in and Check-out

To ensure the safe and correct use of the motorhome, a complete briefing is carried out during check-in, lasting approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

During this time, all vehicle systems and equipment will be explained, including electricity, water, gas, heating, refrigerator, toilet, water tanks, awning, roof windows and all other onboard features.

A detailed inspection of the vehicle, equipment and inventory is also carried out during check-out and may take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

🧼 Vehicle Preparation and Hygiene

The motorhome is delivered clean, sanitised, disinfected, vacuumed and carefully prepared for your trip.

Before each rental, a complete preparation process is carried out, including interior and exterior cleaning, sanitisation, disinfection, equipment inspection and general safety checks.

The cost of this preparation and hygiene service is 95€ (80€ interior cleaning + 15€ exterior cleaning), payable at the end of the rental period.

Regardless of the cleanliness condition upon return, the owner always performs a complete preparation process before each new rental in order to guarantee the quality, comfort and safety standards provided to guests.

💰 Security Deposit, Inspections and Post-Rental Charges

If no damage, missing equipment, contractual breaches, tolls, fines or other charges attributable to the renter are identified, the security deposit will be released in accordance with the applicable conditions.

Whenever damage, anomalies, missing equipment, pending costs or situations requiring assessment, quotations or verification of charges arise, the security deposit may be temporarily retained, in whole or in part, until the matter has been fully resolved.

The renter acknowledges that costs may be identified after the vehicle has been returned, including tolls, fines, missing fuel, late return fees or other charges related to the rental period. These amounts may be deducted from the security deposit or charged later upon presentation of supporting documentation.

⚠️ Renter Responsibility

By making a reservation, the renter acknowledges full responsibility for the correct use of the motorhome and all its equipment.

Any damage resulting from misuse, negligence, failure to follow instructions or unauthorised intervention shall be the responsibility of the renter.

Any incident, accident or intervention by local authorities must be reported immediately to both the owner and Yescapa.

🔧 Tyres

The motorhome is delivered with tyres in good condition and correctly inflated.

Any tyre damage occurring during the rental period is the renter’s responsibility.

Where road safety requires replacement of tyres on the same axle, the renter agrees to cover 75% of the total cost of the pair of tyres, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.
