Deposit, Check-in, Fees, and Damages

• The deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before check-in via bank transfer (if booking is made less than 7 days before, the maximum time is 24 hours). If not paid, a penalty of 50€/day applies. The deposit is refunded at check-out if no damages occur. 50% of the deposit is retained for 15 days to check for damages, tolls, or fines. After 15 days, the remaining amount is refunded if all is in order.

• At check-in, the renter must always present the original driver’s license valid until the end of the trip. Without it, the booking will not be accepted.

• If the owner has to wait more than 30 minutes for the renter at check-in due to delay or missing documents, a fee of 50€ will be charged.

• On toll roads, a 15€ fee will be charged for Via Verde activation, plus the applicable tolls.

• In case of damage, the cost of new equipment or repair of the damage (mechanical/electrical) + 100% of the value as compensation for vehicle downtime will be charged. For portable equipment, the cost of lost extras will be charged until replaced. If the damage affects the next booking, a minimum fee of 500€ will apply, plus total damage costs and 50€ for expert travel expenses.

• If the vehicle is used under prohibited conditions, such as more than 2 people, travel abroad, or carrying animals, a 500€ fine will be charged.

• If the vehicle is returned very dirty or with tanks not emptied/filled, a fee of 50€ will be charged. If the fuel tank is not filled, the cost of the tank plus 50€ will be charged.
