Once any tolls and additional mileage have been confirmed, the remaining balance is refunded immediately. Fuel PolicyThe campervan must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was collected.Otherwise, the following will be charged:• The cost of the missing fuel• €15 service fee CleaningStandard final cleaning is already included in the rental price.An additional cleaning fee will only apply in exceptional cases, such as:• Toilet cassette not emptied• Food left inside the campervan• Major spills• Excessive dirt or stains requiring deep cleaningIn these cases, only the actual cleaning cost will be charged.
