Free vehicle pick-up and drop-off hours

Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays):

• Pick-up: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM

• Drop-off: from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Extra charge hours:

• Outside free hours: €50 per pick-up or drop-off.

• Sundays and public holidays: €70 per pick-up or drop-off.

Public holidays: 01/01, 01/06, 04/18, 04/21, 05/01, 06/24, 08/15, 09/11, 10/12, 11/01, 12/06, 12/08, 12/25 and 12/26.

What do you need to know before starting your trip?

• You must be at least 25 years old and have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience. All European driving licences and most international licences are accepted.

• Drivers from outside Europe must have an international driving licence.

• You must present original, valid documents (digital copies are not accepted).

• At pick-up, a €1,000 security deposit is required, payable by bank transfer. It will be refunded by bank transfer 15 days after the vehicle is returned.

• You must respect the agreed pick-up and drop-off times or you may be subject to a penalty.

• The vehicle handover takes approximately one hour.

• The motorhome must be returned with the fridge clean, free of food leftovers, and all kitchen utensils clean. Failure to comply may result in a penalty.

• In the event of force majeure (such as an accident or breakdown) that makes the reserved vehicle unavailable, the booking will be cancelled at no cost to either party.

• Bookings are managed by Yescapa. Any questions regarding payments or cancellations should be addressed directly to them.

• The chat is managed by the motorhome and camper rental company.

• The photos shown in the listing are of the exact vehicle you will be renting.
